Cherry Fruit Cocktail Fluff

Ingredients
2 15oz. cans fruit cocktail in water with Splenda1 4-serve box sugar free cherry Jello1 4-serve box sugar free instant vanilla pudding1 8 oz. tub Cool Whip Free
Directions
Thoroughly drain juice from fruit cocktail into a 2 cup glass pitcher. Add water to 1 1/2 cup line. Heat to boil in microwave. Dissolve Jello in liquid, then whisk in pudding mix till thoroughly blended (no lumps.) Pour into container, cover and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.

When set, stir in fruit cocktail and Cool Whip. Mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes about 10 servings, 1/2 cup each.
