1lb package of silken tofu1 cup nonfat milk1/2 cup smooth peanut butter1/2 cup chocolate chips1.5 medium sized bananas
Directions
Place milk, tofu-drained of any excess water, peanut butter, banana, and chocolate chips in blender, blend until smooth and serve.
