Creamy Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients
Bottom Crust:3/4 cup organic Cocoa powder3/4 cup almond flour1/2 cup maple syrup powder1/4 cup coconut oilPinch of saltFilling:2 1/4 cups Organic Cocoa powder2 1/4 cups maple syrup1 cup Coconut oil
Directions
Using a standing mixer (preferably), add cococ, flour, salt and syrup powder to the bowl. Mix well, then add the coconut oil and mix until thoroughly blended. Pour into the bottom of a spring form pan and press firmly with the bottom of a large glass until all area is compacted. Place in fride until you are ready for it.

Using a blender, add the cococ, syrup, and coconut oil. Blend until thoroughly mixed and smooth. Pour on top of crust and chill for 3 to 4 hours.
