Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 5 large *Rice Dream Original rice milk, .25 cup *365 Organic Diced Tomatoes, 1.5 cup *Avacado 1 serving Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Scramble your eggs with your rice milk. Add salt and pepper, or whatever spices you feel like. Pour your scrambled eggs and tomatoes into a pan greased with the olive oil. Cook about 5 minutes on medium heat until it starts to set. Dice up your avocado and add to the pan. Place pan into an oven preheated to 350 degrees. Cook 15-20 minutes until set.
