3 cups turkey or chicken2 16 oz. pkgs frozen broccoli, thawed, or green beansVelveeta, 15 oz. box (small)1 can cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup miracle whip light1 cup sliced water chestnuts1 can french fried onions
Grease 9 x 13 pan, layer in vegetables, meat, slices of velveeta. mix cream of mushroom soup and miracle whip and spread over cheese. layer in water chestnuts on top. Bake 30 - 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and cover top with onion rings and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer.
