Start with 1 can peeled diced tomatoes, add on can.. re-fried beans (fat free, Vegetarian, traditional) add 1 can of rinsed and drained black beans, after mixture comes to a simmer add 1 cup frozen yellow corn... (optional) add 1 chicken bullion cube, Louisiana Hot Sauce to taste
