3 TBSP ground flax seed2 tsp cinnamon1 large egg2 tsp baking powder1 tsp coconut oil(original recipe calls for 1 packet stevea, I did not have this & muffin was good, but add if you like it a little sweeter)
Mix ingredients in a 2 cup glass measuring cup until well blended. Cook in microwave on high for 50 seconds.
