Veggie Omelet with Salsa

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil1 cup chopped red / green peppers & red onion1/4 c egg substitute1 oz low fat shredded cheddar cheesesalt & pepper to taste1/4 c salsa
Directions
- Drizzle oil in non-stick fry pan
- Saute veggies over med heat
- Pour eggs over veggies & cook until seet
- Sprinkle cheese on top, season to taste
- serve and top with 1/4 c salsa
