Slow Cooker Chicken Fajita Filling

Ingredients
- Green pepper- Yellow pepper (or red or orange)- Sweet Onion - Jalapeno pepper- Diced tomatoes- Chicken breast - Water (1/4 cup) - Cumin & chili powder to taste - Tortillas (soft.hard shell) - these are not accounted for in the calorie total - add your total in for these as well (I use La Tortilla Factory lo carb ones - 80 calories in each soft shell tortilla)
Directions
1.) Cut up the peppers and onion.
2.) Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker.
3.) Put cut up peppers and onion on top.
4.) Add diced tomatoes.
5.) Season with cumin and chili powder (to your liking)
6.) Cook on low 7-8 hours

Use it to fill soft or hard shell tortillas and enjoy!
