Miso-Marinated Broiled Tofu

Marinade: 2T sesame oil 2T rice vinegar 1 T and 1 tsp miso paste (or just one heaping T) 2 cloves minced garlic (2 tsp) 1 T sriracha chile sauce 1 T and 1 tsp sesame seeds Tofu: 14 oz, firm or extra-firm
Slice tofu into sheets about 1 cm thick. Put slices in 1 layer between two sections of towel with weight on for draining. Set oven to broil on low setting and spray a baking sheet with Pam. In a small bowl, whisk all of the marinade ingredients together. Dredge the drained tofu pieces through the marinade and place them on the baking sheet. Broil for 20 minutes, flipping tofu after 10 minutes to get both sides.
