Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
2 medium raw heads of CauliflowerThe combination you use to make mashed potatoes (i.e. margarine and milk)salt and pepperminced garlic (2 cloves)
Directions
Break the cauliflower up into florets and steam it. Cook it until it's tender
Add the rest of the ingredients to the container the cauliflower is cooked in, and then ise a hand blender to put it all together.
