Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts1/2 cup salsa1/4 cup fat free sour cream1/2 cup broken tortilla chips1/2 cup shredded cheese
Directions
spray baking dish well. Place the chicken breast in dish. Divide salsa on chicken, then sour cream and tortilla pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on chicken pieces and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

    THis is a fabulous easy recipe. It looks beautiful over wild or brown rice. Definitely would serve this to company. I substituted yogurt for the sour cream and it was delicious! - 5/3/08
