zingy fruit salad

Ingredients
2 large apples 2 large pears2 large bananas1 cup grapefruit sections, with juice2 pomegranates1 cup raisins1 cup mandarin oranges1 cup orange juice (pineapple juice, or a combination also works well)1/4 cup honey1 tbsp dijon mustard
Directions
chop all fruit into bite-sized pieces. you may want to sprinkle some lemon or lime juice on the fruit as you chop, to keep it from browning.

combine orange (or pineapple, or combination) juice, honey and dijon mustard.

toss together and enjoy!
