Ingredients
2 cups of whole grain oats1.5 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg.5 cup water.5 cup maple syrup
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl
Combine the syrup and water in a small bowl, introduce to large bowl and mix thoroughly
Bake on parchment paper at 300 degrees for 30 minutes
Increase heat to 375, bake for another 15 minutes
Allow to cool, store properly
