Ingredients
garbanzo beans -dried--soaked over night and sprouted by rinsing them 2x a day for 5 days.almonds 1 cup. soaked overnight2 tbs tahihnini2 cups spinach1/2 ripe avacadojuice from one limeroasted shallot bulbsRoasted garlic bulbs.two or three carrots cut in to pieces....
Directions
sprout the garbanzo beans....soak overnihght, then rinse 2x dailiy for 5 days, hanging to completely drain ....soak a cup of almonds overnight
Roast a large or two smalller shallots in a pan in the oven and also one or two garlic bulbs....Add spinach, avacado, lime juice and carrot pieces and process everything all together until almost completely smooth. This is a SUPER NUTRITIOUS snack due to the sprouting process.
