Banana Apple Blueberry Bread

Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) (remove)Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup (remove)Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb (remove)*Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1 cup (remove)*Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)Salt, .25 tsp (remove)Butter, unsalted, .5 cup (remove)Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lighly grease a 9X5 inch loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream toghether butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas and other fruit until will blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 mins.
