Bob's chili

Ingredients
Beans, pinto, 800 grams*Green Chili Peppers, canned, 1 cupTomato Sauce, 2 cup*Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.75 cupOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)*Italian Sausage, pork, 1 link, 4/lbBeef, round steak, 18 ozWater, bottled, .5 servingGarlic, 4 clovesChili powder, .5 tsp*Cumin seed, .5 tspOregano, ground, .5 tspCheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shredded
Directions
Cut beef into 1/2 inch pieces
cook beef till it is about half done
pour beef into crock pot at low level
pinch sausage out of wraping into fry pan cook till half done
pour sausage into crock pot
open and drain 2 cans of pinto beans
dice onion
add both pinto beans and onions
drain and add dices tomatoes
add can of green chiles
chop and add garlic
add to cans of tomatoe sause (small can)
add 1 tomatoe sauce can of water
add seasonings and cook on high for 1 hour, turn down to low and cook aditional time till done.
scoop one cup into a bowl and and cheese...
