Mila's Beet & Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
3 beets; boiled, skinned, cubed1 cup sauerkraut with juice1/4 Cup onion, sliced thinly1 can Black Beans, drained1 TBL Olive Oil
Directions
1. Boil the beets; drain, skin, cube
2. Slice onion thinly
3. Mix all ingredients, chill overnight
