Ingredients
3 TBSP. Flax seed Meal1 TBSP. Soy Flour1 TBSP. Whole Grain Oat Flour2 small eggs1 Tsp. Baking PowderDash Salt1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract1/2 tsp or less Cinnamon1/2 tsp or less Nutmeg1-3 tsp. water if needed for a thinner pancake
Directions
Mix all ingredients well, use Pam cooking spray in pan and cook over med. heat, turn when top appears a bit dry around the edges and bubbles appear. Top with sugar free syrup, or splenda brown sugar blend.

Serving Size: Makes 1 Good size pancake
