In a saucepan over low heat, blend flour,butter, skim milk, and chicken broth. Add minced garlic, salt and pepper. Continue to cook over low heat stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Combine sauce with chicken and mushrooms. Fold into cooked pasta. Serve immediately. If sauce is too thick, adjust with more skim milk and chicken broth. Serves 6.

Yummy. Not the lowest calorie meal I made this month but it saved me ordering pasta and lava cake from Domino's. :) I made it with turkey (only because I had it defrosted) and added a ton of broccoli to the boiling pasta 4 min before it was done. Next time I'll sub all the pasta with broccoli. - 8/16/12
