Hirsebratlinge (Millet Patties)

Ingredients
1/2 C millet2 C watersalt-free chicken boullion1 small red onion2 cloves garlic1 small carrot1 stalk celery100 grams feta cheese10 sprigs parsley1 egg1 Tbs yellow mustard1/4 cup cornmeal1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash
Directions
Bring water, millet and boullion to a boil and allow to simmer, covered for 40 minutes.
While millet is cooking, pulse all fresh ingredients in the food processor until finely chopped.
Add cheese and process only until cheese is broken up into crumbles.
After millet has obsorbed the water, add mustard, Mrs. Dash, cornmeal and egg. Stir in veggies.
Using a 1/4 cup, drop onto hot griddle. Allow to cook several minutes until firm, similar to cooking a pancake, before turning the patty and flattening it out.

Serving Size: makes 12 burger-sized patties
