Ingredients:Fat Free Sour Cream, 4 tbsp Spinach, fresh, 1 cup Canned Fire Roasted Tomatoes, 1 can Water, 2 fl oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 20 ozBalsamic Vinaigrette fat free salad dressing, 6 tbsp Barilla Plus Penne, 14 oz Fire Roasted Red Peppers, 1/4 cupKalamata olives sliced, 1 ozHiden Valley Dips Mix Ranch, 1tbsParmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp
Boil chicken in pot of water till done. Remove chicken set aside to cool, add 1 box of wheat penna pasta to boiling water cook 10 minutes, add fresh spinach top pot with lid and let steam for a minute, strain.
Poor into a bowl and add can tamatoes, and bell peppers, add a small can of sliced kalamata olives, add 6tbs balsalmic vingerette, and (mix together in sperate bowl 4tbs sourcream, 2fl oz water, 1tbs ranchmix) then add to pasta, slice chicken breast into strips and add. Let cool and top with a sprinkle of parmesean cheese. Enjoy!
