Bananna Muffins

1-1/2 cup flour or whole wheat pastry flour or combination1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt2 banannas, ripe1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, nonfat2 eggs1tsp. vanilla1/2 cup canola oil2 packets truvia 1 apple, finely chopped2 packets, truvia1/2 cup craisins or raisins, finely chopped1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Whisk dry ingredients together in a medium size bowl.
In a separate bowl combine banannas, yogurt, eggs, vanilla, canola oil and 2 packets of truvia with a mixer until smooth. Chop apple, craisins, and walnuts, combine together with the remaining 2 packets of Truvia. Add dry ingredients to bananna mixture only until moistened, add chopped ingredients. Stir to combine. Spray muffin cups with Pam. Fill muffin cups . Bake at 325 degrees. Check in 20 minutes. Add more time if needed.
