Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
Chicken 1 lb white meat and 1/2 lb dark meatCarrots - 4 mediumCelery - 3 long stalksOnions - 2 mediumParsnips - 1 largeEgg Noodles (cooked per package directions) - 1 cup2 - 32 oz boxes of Chicken StockGarlic - to taste
Directions
Add Chicken, vegetables and Chicken Stock to slow cooker and cook until Carrots are tender. Cook Noodles according to directions on the package. Add to soup for last half hour of cook time.
