Chicken Club Pasta

Ingredients
1 lb. turkey bacon, diced1 1/2 c. half-and-half2 T. dried parsley3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked & cubed16 oz pasta, cookedgarlic salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Fry bacon in a skillet until almost crisp; drain.
Return bacon to skillet; add half & half, pasley, cheese, chicken, and if desired mushrooms. Add parlic salt and pepper to taste.
Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring constantly, 4 minutes. Sppon over cooked pasta; toss to coat.

Serving Size: Makes 6 to 8 servings
