CC's Slow Cooker Beef Burgundy Stew

Ingredients
2 lbs stew meat, cut into bite size pieces4 medium carrots, chopped2 celery ribs, chopped1 can diced tomatoes*3/4 cup red wine (or beef broth)1 1/2 tsp salt1 tsp thyme1 tsp ground mustard (couldn't find in food list)1/4 tsp pepper1/4 cup water3 tbsp flour*see tips
Directions
Place all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook for 8 hours on low.

Mix flour with 1/4 cup water and stir into the stew.

Cook on high for 30 minutes

Serving Size: 1/5 of stew
