Tomato Paste, .25 cup (remove)*Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 3 cup (remove)Beef, top sirloin, 4 oz (remove)Onions, raw, 1.5 large (remove)Beans, red kidney, 2 cup (remove)Beans, yellow, 1 cup (remove)Green Beans (snap), 1 cup (remove)*Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 0.25 cup (remove)V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 8 oz (remove)*Soup, beef broth, bouillon, consomme, prepared with equal volume water, commercial, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels (remove)Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Mushrooms, 1 cup (can)
Brown beef and onions, add tomatoes and other liquids. Simmer for a couple of hours. Add vegetables, simmer for about 4 hours. Add mushrooms and seasonings as you like.
