Walnut Oil, 4 tbspMushrooms, fresh, 3 cup, pieces or slicesOnions, raw, 4 cup, choppedBeans, white, 2 cupBeef broth, bouillon, consomme, 4 cupSalt, .5 tbspBeef, round steak, .5 lb cut in cubesWater, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
saute mushrooms and onions lightly salt to release moisture saute until tender reserving one cup chopped onions for the final minutes add steak pieces and cook until just brown add beans then add beef broth and water bring to boil , reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes return to a boil add remaining onions and cook until just tender
