moist banana bread

Ingredients
3 banana1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt1 egg1 cup flour1/4 cup splenda1/4 cup honey1 cup oat bran1/4 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1/4 salt
Directions
mash banana, add yogurt, egg, and honey. Mix together flour, splenda, oatbran, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Blend together both mixtures. Bake in a bread pan, at 350 degrees, for about an hour.
