Lowfat Banana Bread

Ingredients
3/4 c. unsweetened applesauce1 c. sugar2 eggs1 tsp. vanilla extract1 1/2 c. flour1 tsp. baking soda1/2 c. nonfat greek yogurt3 bananas, mashed1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)1/4 tsp. cloves (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Grease (or spray) a loaf pan. In a large bowl, stir together the applesauce & sugar. Add egg and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon & cloves. Stir into wet ingredients. Finally, fold in yogurt & mashed bananas.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
