Southwest Chicken with an alvocado salad

Ingredients
*Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz, 4 breast*canned rotel tomatoes, 1 servingBeans, black, 1 cupYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels*Alvocado, 4 oz*Average Roma Tomato, 1 serving*Red Onion, Fresh, 0.25 cup*JALAPENO pepper fresh - one, 1 servingCilantro, raw, 2 tbsp*Tortilla strip salad topping, 2 tbsp2 tsp lime juice
Directions
add chicken to crockpot, add rotel on top. cook for 2 hours on high or until chicken is done, wash beans in a strainer to get extra starch off, add to crock pot add corn as well. cook for one more hour,
salad
cut alvocado in small bite size cubes, cut onion very small, cut tomato into small squares removing the seeds, so it does not get mussy, cut jalapeno, and cilantro, sweeze lime juice over and mix. Very refreshing!!!

Add salad to the top of the chicken when served
