4 lb. Roast1 jar (8 oz) Pace Picante Sauce1 cup (8 oz) Swanson Beef Stock1 packet HEB Dry Italian Dressing Mix1 packet Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix1 packet McCormack's Dry Au Jus Sauce Mix12 slices Kraft 2% milk Swiss Cheese1 dozen large Dinner Rolls
Mix Picante Sauce, beef stock & three envelopes of dry mixes in box and whisk. Put pot roast in slow cooker, and pour liquid over meat. Cook 8-10 hours on low.
Slice dinner rolls in half and put slice of cheese on one side. Toast in oven or toaster oven on 350 for 2-3 minues (just until cheese melts). Add forkfuls of meat and enjoy.
