3 large eggs1 cup peanut butter1 tbsp vinegar1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking soda1 pkt sweetener (optional, it can be substituted with honey)
Blend peanut butter and eggs until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into sprayed loaf pan and smooth top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Cool completely before slicing.
