Macaroni Salad My Way

Ingredients
2 c Macaroni, enriched, pre-cooked (leftovers work!)2 lg Hard Boiled Eggs 1 tbsp Scallions, raw, chopped 1 tbsp Celery, raw1 tbsp Sweet relish, Heinz2 tbsp Kraft miracle whip regular1 tsp Yellow mustard1/4 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Cook macaroni according to mfg directions, keeping in mind it should end up as 2 cups cooked. Seal in tightly covered container. Hard boil the eggs. Chill.
*Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and scoop the yolks into a small bowl. Add the Miracle Whip, Mustard and Sweet relish and black pepper to the yolks, mix well and set aside.
*Chop the egg whites into approximately 3/4" chunks.
*Put macaroni in a medium sized bowl. Add egg whites and the yolk mixture and stir until pasta is coated.

*Serve well chilled.
