1 serving of whole wheat quick oats prepared by package directions2 scoops (27g per scoop) Jillian Michaels Vanilla Whey Protein Powder1/2 tsp ground cinnamon2 egg whites
1. Prepare oatmeal according to package instructions.
2. Add prepared oatmeal, protein powder, cinnamon, and egg whites to blender. Blend until well mixed.
3. Pour onto heated pan or griddle and cook as you would regular pancakes.
Serving Size: Makes 6 medium sized pancakes
