Crock Pot Provincial Chicken

Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed Zucchini, 3 cup, sliced Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) *Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp Canned Tomatoes, 2 can Basil, .5 tbsp Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp *Onions, dehydrated flakes, 1 tbsp Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, diced Sour Cream, 1 cup
Add all to crock pot EXCEPT cheddar and sour cream. Cook on high 4 hours or low 6 hours. Before serving, shred chicken and stir in sour cream and cheddar until melted.
Serve over pasta of your choice (but those calories are NOT figured in here).
