Homemade Instant Cinnamon Oatmeal

1 large container of Quick Oats (42 oz)1 box of nonfat powdered milk (9.6 oz)*1.5 cup brown sugar - NOT packed4 T cinnamon* This is enough powdered milk to make 3 quarts of milk when mixed.
Take 1/2 of the oats and pulse in a food processor. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Store in a sealed container.
When ready to eat combine 1/2 cup mixture with 1/2 cup boiling water and allow to sit for 1 minute.
I store mine in a large container and shake before using to reduce settling. Or you can prepackage into small ziploc bags.
