1 Cup 1% milk or milk of choice4 eggs1TBSP (3 tsp) sugardash/pinch of salt1 cup White Whole Wheat (This is a whole grain flour)Cooking spray
-Place all ingredients except cooking spray in Blender.
-Blend approx. 30 - 45 seconds until well blended.
-Heat 9 to 10 Inch non-stick saute pan until hot, spraying generously (the first time) with cooking spray.
-scoop 1/4 cup batter into pan, swirling pan so batter thinly fills bottom of pan.
- as top starts to look dry - about 1 min- and bubbles appear, flip crepe
- cook 30 seconds more and remove from pan. Keep warm if eating immediately.
-additional crepes need only light spray of cooking spray.
