Healthy Stuffed Mini Peppers

Ingredients
14-16 Bailey's Mini Bell Peppers (halved)1 package (8oz) low fat cream cheese (softened)1/2 cup (4oz) shredded sharp cheddar1/2 cup (4oz) shredded monterey jack1/4 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp garlic powder1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
Slice all the peppers in half (length-wise) and remove seeds. In a mixing bowl, combine cheeses and seasonings. With a spoon, fill each pepper half. Roll in bread crumbs. Place in a greased 15 x 10" pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. For spicier, add 1 minced jalapeno pepper to the mix.
