Ground Turkey and beans

Ingredients
1 cup diced onion3 cloves of garlic minced or chopped1lb of Lean Ground Turkey, Chicken, Bison or BeefSalt and Pepper1 Can Black Beans drained and rinsed1 Can Diced Tomatoes4 cups Fresh Baby Spinach or 1 box Defrosted Frozen1 packet of Seeds of Change Brown Rice/Quinoa or 2 cups of Cooked Brown Rice
Directions
Saute diced onion and garlic for 3 and add ground meat of choice, stir til cooked, approximately 5 minutes, season with sea salt and pepper, then add beans, tomatoes and spinach, cook for about 5 minutes and in meantime cook brown rice and add to pan for a simple one dish meal.
