16 oz Cream Cheese16 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese1-1/4 c. Splenda1 Tbsp. lemon Juice1 tsp. Vanilla1 tsp. Lemon Zest4 lg. Eggs1/3 c. Fat Free 1/2 & 1/2crust:1 c Graham Cracker Crumbs2 Tbsp Melted Butter2 Tbsp. Splenda
Mix crust ingredients together and press into 9x13 pan and bake for 5 minutes then cool.
Mix filling ingredients first creaming together he cheeses then adding each additional ingredient mixing after each addition till creamy. Pour over crust and bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes then turn oven off and leave cheesecake in oven with door open for 15 minutes then remove to wire rack and cool completely then chill and cut into 32 squares.
