Mom's White Chilli

Ingredients
* Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * *Extra Light Olive Oil, 3 tbsp * bush’s navy beans, 90 oz ( * sweet sue chicken broth, 43.5 oz * old el paso chopped green chillies, 9 oz (2can) * *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz * Pepper, black, 1 dash * Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp * *Pepper, white, .25 tsp
Directions
boil boneless skinless chicken breast until done cool and cut into cubes. in a skillet cook onion in oil until transparent add chillies and flour; cook and stir for 2 mins. add beans and chicken broth and bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins or until thickened. add chicken, simmer 15 mins. Garnish with cheese, sour cream or salsa if desired.
