Pumpkin Pie with a Honey Graham Cracker Crust

Ingredients
1/2 cup of slpenda1/4 cup of brown sugar1tsp ground cinnamon1tsp of pumkin pie spice2 medium eggs1(15 oz) can of 100% pure pumkin1/2 cup of 1% milk8 whole gram crackers1/4 cup of waterlow fat spray butter (about 5 sprays)cool whip
Directions
In a mixing bowl add pumkin, sugar substitute, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger or pumkin pie spice, 2 medium eggs and 1/2 cup of milk mix well set aside.

For the crust I crush whole gram crackers into crumbs add crumbs, water and 5 sparys of butter into pie pan. With a fork mix together and mash down to form around the pie pan.
Pour batter onto the pie crust.
Bake in a preheated oven 425f oven for 15 minutes reduce the temp to 350f bake for 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Cool for an hour and serve with a top of 1tsp of light cool whipped cream.
