Asian Pork Wraps

Ingredients
Asian Pork Wraps3 pounds pork tenderloin1/3 cup hoison1/4 cup stir fry sauce (reduced sodium)1 tsp toasted sesame oil1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
Directions
Mix all together in slow cooker, cover and cook 8 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high. Take out pork, using 2 forks pull apart pork and add back into sauce.
Serve with coleslaw vegetables rolled in warmed, low calories, high fiber & protein tortillas, on healthy buns or wrapped in a lettuce leaf.
