1 skinless, boneless chicken breast about 1 oz1 14 oz can organic low sodium diced tomatos1 14 can organic black beans2 cups water1 medium red bell pepper1 medium green bell pepper1 tsps onion powder4 cloves garlic, chopped2 tbsp organic taco seasoning
add chicken breast, water, green and red peppers, onion powder, garlic to a crock pot
cook until chicken is tender and can be easily shredded
shred the chicken breast and return to the broth
add tomatos and black beans and taco seasoning
cook for another hour or so to ensure the flavors are incorporated.
