Ingredients
2 cups shredded carrotsKirkland Extra Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz S&W Organic Tomato Sauce, 1.75 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup Onion - Yellow - 32Cal/1/2-Cup, 1 serving Garlic, 1 tspSea Salt, 1 serving bell pepper - red (1 oz), 1 serving Pepper, black, 1 dash Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced *worstershire sauce, 2 tbsp
Directions
mix all ingredients together in food processor except for about 1/4 of the tomato sauce and use that on the top bake @ 400 for 20 minutes until meat is cooked and tomato sauce is a bit crispy. Use a 6 portion muffin pan.
