Stir fry with brussel sprouts and broccoli

1 medium onion, sliced1 medium carrot, thinly sliced2 cloves garlic1 cup fresh Broccoli in small bouquets1 small zucchini, sliced2 cups medium sliced Brussel sprouts1 tsp coconut oilFish sauce and sesame oil to taste, same with salt and pepper
Over medium heat fry onion, carrot and garlic until softening slightly. Add Broccoli and Zucchini. Stir and season. At the end add the shredded Brussel sprouts. Season more if needed.
