Low Carb Chocolate Coconut Icing

Ingredients
2 T. butter, unsalted1/2 cup heavy whipping cream5 drops liquid stevia, chocolate3 drops capella flavor drops, chocolate fudge brownie2 T. shredded coconut, unsweetened
Directions
Whip everything except coconut until very thick. I use a Kitchenaid mixer on low speed. Add coconut and stir until mixed. Enjoy!
