Bottomless Apple Pie

Ingredients
Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9"Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbspNutmeg, ground, 1/4 tspGranulated Sugar, 2 tspApples, fresh, 8 cup, choppedLemon juice, 2 tbspMolasses, .25 cupButter, salted, 4 tbsp
Directions
Cut apples into roughly 1" pieces and add lemon juice. In a large zip lock mix cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar. Add the apples to the bag, seal and shake until all pieces of apple have been covered. Grease bottom of Dutch oven with 1 Tbsp butter. Pour apple mixture into the Dutch oven. Add molasses and 2 Tbsp of butter (small slices) over the top of the apples. Place the pie crust on top of the apples and cut the remaining butter into small pieces on top of the crust. Bake at 350 F for 40-50 minutes.
