2 cups rolled oats1 cup gluten free rice crispies1 cup coconut51 cup almonds.5 cup sunflower seeds.5 cup pumpkin seeds.5 cup dried cranberries.25 cup flax seeds.75 TBSP olive oil2TBSP butte
bake rolled oats for 20 minutes at 300 stirring every 5 minutes
mix oats and all dry ingredients together in large bowl
microwave maple syrup, butter and oil for 2.5 minutes
add to dry ingredients and mix well
divide between 2 10X13 pans and bake for 20 minutes, cool and break up
Note: any of dry ingredients can be exchanged for personal preference
